PILATES
Strengthen and lengthen the body’s muscles with pilates, reducing the incidence of pain due to poor posture and injury – challenge the body with gentle movement and increase co-ordination. A Pilates class working on better posture, reducing stress, increase flexibility and mobility and all round fitness.
MARTIAL ART/SELF DEFENSE
Develop awareness skills – combined with cardio and strength training with stretching. Learning how to punch and kick properly and how to protect yourself. Friendly class great for sharpening the mind and building self confidence.
