Gateway 241 Corporate Gym

Lynnette Bolton Personal Training runs corporate classes in Gateway 241 building situated at Mascot.

This gym is for tenants working in building – Gateway 241-  at no cost. Classes are at an additional cost.

Tenants wishing to use gym facilities firstly need to download the gym documents and obtain a doctors certificate stating that they are fit to exercise in the gym unsupervised.

Once all documentation is complete  tenants then contact Lynnette Bolton and book a time for induction into the gym, induction time takes 45min – 1 hour depending on how many in induction.

• Corporate classes in the gym that are run at lunchtimes and after work by Lynnette Bolton Personal Training.
• Lynnette Bolton Personal Training is also available for one on one Personal or small group training – contact Lynnette by email
• Lynnette Bolton Personal Training has an agreement with some of the companies in the building and for their employees the costs of classes are subsidised by there company please contact Lynnette with regard to payment.
• Lynnette Bolton Personal Training is also available for corporate functions – team building exercises – yoga / pilates / bootcamp
